We start with 30-minute zazen and read and discuss various texts related to Zen practice. Currently, we’re reading “How to Cook Our Life” by Dogen/Uchiyama. You can bring your book or we can provide printouts or screen share on Zoom. This is a wonderful class to learn about Zen in-depth. All are welcome.
*Please note that the book club doesn’t meet when we have zazenkai or sesshin scheduled the next day.
